Hotel Information
Next door neighbor is now under-construction, the construction will take approximately 15 months (expect to be completed by October 2009). However, the majority of heavy work should be finished within 5 months. Daily work starting at 8am to 6 pm (no construction work during night time), as it will be a villa resort, no deep foundations will be necessary which usually bring most of the noise. Currently the beach and pool area of New Star are not affected as work is carried out on the upper part of the land.
